Customized Orders

We cherish your uniqueness. Customized orders are specially crafted to meet your specific desires and are therefore final. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on these personalized pieces.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

We stand behind the quality of our products. You can request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what was confirmed in your order email.
  2. Damaged or Faulty Items: If the product you receive is damaged or has manufacturing faults.
  3. Other Circumstances: For issues like incorrect shipping address or unavailability to receive the product, contact us at info@darlinggirl.in within 24 hours of delivery. Each case will be assessed individually.

Return Process

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

  • Condition: Return products in their original packaging, with tags intact, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect the item and send a confirmation email..

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are final and non-refundable. Re-delivery costs, if any, are borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Change of heart? You can cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting us at info@darlinggirl.in  Post 24 hours, cancellations or refunds are not possible. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in the original payment method within 7-15 working days.

Exchanging Your Darling Pieces

Unsure about the size or looking for a different style? You can request an exchange by:

  1. Notification-Email: Inform us within a week of delivery at info@darlinggirl.in. Include your order details and a photograph of the item.
  2. Shipping: Send the item to DarlingGirl, shipping address will be shared over email. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We'll cover the shipping for the exchanged item.
  3. Product Condition: Ensure the item is in its original condition. Worn items or those without original documents are not eligible for exchange.
  4. No Refunds: As per our policy, sold items are not refundable but can be exchanged if the above conditions are met.
